How to open specific port to public-internet

1. Move to the Oracle Compute Cloud Service

2. Click on Security Application and Create Security Application

3. Create Security Application

4. Add Security List

5. Move to the Security Rules and Create Security Rule

6. Add security role to the Compute Cloud instance
